I personally know Pete at Apollo is at his place ever day it is open. If he is not running his Kitchen Bob is running it who has been with Pete for over 30 yrs. The staff is not made up of part timers it is made up or people he hand picks to work for him. Quality of everything is at his standards and it is why since 1975 it has been the pizza shop all others have tried to copy.
